Commercial cab operators and corporate transport fleets traditionally relied on handwritten paper duty slips, manual odometer logbooks, and loose fuel receipts. Paper slips were easily lost or misread, manual distance and overnight duration calculations caused frequent corporate billing disputes, dispatchers had to phone drivers to know where an active trip stood, fuel receipts across petrol, diesel, CNG, electric, and LPG vehicles were disconnected from odometer readings, and preparing monthly corporate vehicle log sheets took days of clerical effort.
Vision Technolabs engineered TripsBook, a cross-platform Android and iOS mobile app built with React Native 0.81, Expo SDK 54, and React 19 (New Architecture). Drivers log Fix Cab and On Call duties with automatic GPS reverse-geocoded pickup detection, strict odometer validation, and 10-second live location pings during active trips.
